Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t but creating an Account to shop on GoPinkdreams makes all your subsequent orders easier. This is because you will be able to place your order without having to fill in your various details.

You can choose to create an Account before or after you shop.

Are Items Non-Returnable?

There are certain items that are not returnable on our site. This is for hygiene reasons and also, to keep up the quality of the products we sell, these items are;

Do You Have A Shop or Store I Can Visit?

As we are a dedicated online retailer, we do not have a shop.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Do you offer Refunds?

We do not accept returns for refund but we do exchanges on eligible items in accordance with our exchange policy within 24 hours from the time your parcel was delivered. We simply request that when you receive your product, you try it on OVER undergarments or a vest.

We are unable to accept worn items for hygenic reasons. Items work for longer than 5 minutes are considered worn and cannot be returned.

We also will not accept items that have been signed for as being “Certified Okay” upon delivery.

Refunds are not given under any circumstances. The company will only exchange the product for another item (of the same monetary value) that the customer chooses.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Has my order been dispatched?

We dispatch orders Mondays through Fridays (excluding Public Holidays). When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail sent directly to your inbox.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a text message from the carrier company with your tracking number.

Can I Return my items for a Refund or Exchange?

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for an exchange or full item refund as long as the items do not show any signs of being used, worn or damaged.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

How to Make a Return:

  • Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition – this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, animal hairs, deodorant, perfume and dust, have all the original tags, come in its original packaging and also, contain all the parts and pieces it came with.
  • Please fill-in and include the Returns form along with your Returned Item to enable us identify you and process your return as quickly as possible. If this Returns Form is now present, a simple written note with all your details will suffice.
  • We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can’t be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

How long does a Refund take?

We aim to process all eligible returns within 7 – 10 working days of receiving your items, at which time we will issue a full refund or exchange and will follow up with a return confirmation e-mail. All refunds will be processed through Remita unless a different channel was used to make payment. We do not contact a customer as soon as your items arrive back to us, but only once your refund/exchange has been issued 7 – 10 working days later.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Can I get my Shipping fees back?

We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or original return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we (PinkDreams) made the error. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please do contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy such an occurrence on a case by case basis to ensure we achieve overall customer service and satisfaction.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
