Your Customized Pinkdreams Diet Plan will be created based on the results from our calculations of what your Calorie Intake needs to be in order for you to achieve your Body Goals whether that is to lose or gain weight. The Portion Size for Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats is such that this Diet promotes lean muscle building while shedding fat, so to avoid the looking “soft” appearance. It also will increase the probability you are able to tone up your body when you decide to begin exercising.

The Pinkdreams Diet Plan is NOT a masked starvation Diet; it features mostly organic and unprocessed food options. We will work with some of your preferences while encouraging you to try new food options and/or food combinations.
